COVID-19 - Grey Zone (Lockdown) Notice

Please note that while our office will be closed to visitors while Ontario remains in lockdown, our staff will continue to work to support our Sales Representatives and their clients.

f you need to drop something off at our office, please leave it in the grey metal drop box on the East side at the back of the building, beside the driveway.  Staff will retrieve items regularly from that box, but it would be helpful if you could pop them an email at lakeshorebarrie@royallepage.ca when you drop something off so they can pick it up more quickly.

Although most staff will be working remotely, we will be answering all calls and emails during office hours as normal.

In order to protect our clients, customers, sales representative and their families, if you enter one of our listings at this time you agree to the following:
 

COVID-19: Mandatory Safety Precautions for Property Appointments
 
Prior to entering the listed property, please consider the health and safety of others.
 
By conducting a showing appointment at the Listed Property you confirm to the best of your knowledge that you, and every person attending the showing appointment:
 
  1. Have not travelled anywhere outside of Canada, or been in contact with anyone who has travelled outside of Canada, in the last 14 days.
  2. Have not experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.
  3. Have not knowingly come into contact with anyone experiencing any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.
  4. Have not knowingly come into contact with anyone with a presumptive or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 14 days.
 
Each person who cannot confirm all four criteria shall not be permitted to attend the showing appointment.
 
Further, you agree that:
 
  • prior to touching the lockbox or door code, you will practice safe hygiene by disinfecting your hands or wearing gloves;
  • prior to entering the property, all parties attending the property will practice safe hygiene by disinfecting their hands or by wearing gloves and that all parties will be advised to limit touching as much as possible;
  • all parties are recommended to wear masks while inside the property;
  • all interior lights will be left on and interior doors left open;
  • no one will use the washroom facilities;
  • in order to allow all parties to practice responsible physical distancing, entry to the property is limited to include only the Buyers and, if applicable, their service providers (building inspector, appraiser). Additional family members, friends and/or children should be encouraged to view the property by means of photographs and/or virtual tour.
 
By conducting a showing appointment at the Listed Property, you fully and voluntarily assume all responsibility for all risks to which you and all attendees may be subject to, resulting from attendance at the property, to the extent caused by COVID-19.
 
You also confirm that you will keep a record of all parties attending the property, in the event that Public Health requires a list of attendees for contact tracing.

For the second year in a row, Royal LePage First Contact Realty Brokerage was proud to be the Presenting Sponsor of Barrie's Walk A Mile in Her Shoes. The International Men's March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault and Gender Violence took place at Barrie's Heritage Park on September 17th, 2016 and raised almost $40,000 with our team "Spikes 'n Tights" taking the title for the second year as Top Fundraising Team. The rain didn't stop the brave walkers from "strutting their stuff" for a great cause.
